Once we receive your item or asses the issues, a refund is initiated immediately.

All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support via email at info@cross-stitched.com during our business hours.

If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them.


Once an order is placed on our website, it takes 2 business days to process the image. When the image is ready, it takes 5-7 business days for processing the item and finally, it will be dispatched. Shipping normally takes up to 5-7 business days without delays during transit.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving a defective item are very rare but it could happen. 

Please take pictures or videos of a product which shows defects clearly & contact our support via email at info@cross-stitched.com to check if it's eligible for replacement.
