Step 2. Next, choose your canvas size. A larger canvas (recommended minimum size of 40cm across) ensures greater detail retention. We will adjust your canvas to a landscape or portrait layout based on your uploaded image, unless you specify otherwise.
Step 3. It's time to select your thread count. The more threads you choose, the more detailed your final piece will be. If your chosen image is rich in detail and shades, we suggest going for a higher thread count! Then, choose your thread type according to your preference.
Step 4. Verify your image upload by ensuring a file is attached to your order. If it looks perfect, click "Add To Cart," or proceed to checkout instantly with your preferred payment provider.
Step 5. As you would normally, proceed to checkout. To ensure that everything has been set up correctly, you can also click or tap on the image link attached to your order to download and confirm the image we have for your custom cross stitch.
