Each custom cross stitch kit includes: high-quality Aida fabric, pre-sorted DMC threads, a detailed pattern chart, a needle, and clear instructions. Everything you need to start stitching immediately!

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days as each kit is custom-made. Delivery times vary by location - UK orders usually arrive within 5-7 days, international orders may take 10-14 days.

For beginners, we recommend 11 count Aida - the larger squares make it easier to see where to stitch. More experienced stitchers often prefer 14 or 16 count for finer detail in their finished piece.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. We can often accommodate changes before production begins, but once your pattern has been created and threads sorted, modifications may not be possible.
